Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. The company is open to adopt new technologies, willing the employees to attend in external trainings, tech shows and exhibitions.It also have a very good internal training center in which career enhancement can achieve.

Dislikes

Sometimes we have to work with complete responsibility in some quick decision making situations. Senior management peoples may not be available and the entire ownership of the outcome will rest on you.But I like to work on such situations.
