Everything, from office and office facilities is terrible, less employees 4-5, less clients, fraud with new joining clients and in DocMantra. I was there in that terrible office where basics accessories to run an company were not there, people used to buy their own mouse and headphones, spare laptops were there. Stingy behaviour of employers who doesn't like spend anything on basic office needs, they question people over there who takes cofee and been very stingy about it and other things (Typical kanjoos Marwadis). These people with only 4-5 employees working over there have these behaviour, what it could if they hire more, bad luck to those. Especially in night there's no water supply or food facilities over there, no WFH will be provided nor either holidays except from Sunday's/ one day a week. No PF,ESIC, insurance benefits over here. Your urgent family condition won't matter to them, they will terminate you if you not work for them for that period of time. Had terrible experience over here, with employer having mental, psychopathic issue, if you question them regarding this.
