There is nothing to like about PSP Projects Ltd. Only the kind of Projects they are doing is great. Otherwise PSP - 👎

Dislikes

...on... accommodating 8-10 staff in a single room. Food Facility:- Below Poor... Salary:- Always late by 4-5 days.. Work Pressure:- Very High unnecessarily Work Culture:- Nothing less than dealing with the goons.

Dislikes

Management wants to finish the work before the target date, even if it means making the employee work like a donkey. The food and accommodation quality is so bad that you feel like you area living like a chicken in a cage. Here you have to work at least 12 to 16 hours daily.

None. I cannot, in good conscience, list any positives about working at this company.

...will be accused of not working and subjected to constant criticism and abuse. 3.Withholding of Salary: When you decide to leave to protect your self-respect, the company may withhold your hard-earned salary, adding financial injury to the emotional distress. 4.Excessive Notice Period: The company has an unreasonably long notice period, even during the probation period (45 days) and an even longer one after (90 days). This makes it difficult to leave, even in the face of abuse. My experience at PSP Projects Ltd. was deeply damaging. I would strongly advise anyone considering employment here to reconsider. This company has no regard for employee well-being, dignity, or basic rights.
