Honest Review of PSK Group – Unethical Salary Deduction & Poor Employee Culture I had a disappointing experience working at PSK Group in the Machinery Accounts Department. One of the biggest issues I faced was an unethical salary deduction without prior intimation. Despite working as expected, they cut my Sunday salary and only informed me 15 days later, stating it was due to their partnership management—which is completely unfair and unprofessional. This kind of lack of transparency and disregard for employees’ hard work is unacceptable. A good company should value its employees and communicate policies clearly. Unfortunately, PSK Group failed in this regard. I strongly advise job seekers to think twice before joining this company. A workplace should respect employees, provide a structured environment, and ensure fair compensation, none of which I found here. I hope my review helps others make an informed decision. Employees deserve better!
