I feel like exhausted all the time because I have to come office @10:30am and signing off time will goes to 10:00 pm and sometime I have to work from home after leaving the office . Then again I have to come office at the same time because they will deduct my half day leave If I come late.

Dislikes

1) Their micromanagement work culture. 2) work life balance 3) you were treated as a Dihadi Majdoor 4) working hours are strict you can't go home if you completed your work , they will give you random irrelevant tasks to do and if your work not done by tonight then you have to do your task at home after leaving the office

One of the best place to work. You get the opportunity to learn and grow. One of the things that i personally love is the CEO's themselves take around and try to have conversations with everyone regardless of their position in the organisation. They like to understand any sort of problems faced by an individual or any improvement area required. The office is very nice and work culture is amazing. Team is very supportive and hard working.
