Its overall cleanliness and structure of college and initial salary is good

Honesty if I mention so its a institute which more emphasis on only training which is even not genuine for just sake of taking more money from parents for training and its a college of so called CHAMCHAS who roam around the DEAN and HOD for passing news which is nonsense and even the lady staff get salary increment for passing news daily and the CHAMCHAS are non other than the local staff who don't want to get settle the outsider good Faculty. The top faculty also try to create a panic for their own increment and seats. The top management is good and they don't know about this. There is no respect of your talent and PhD degree becoz the old faculty have taken their position to create panic there but good to start with. So if you are having good degree of being CHAMCHAS you can try all the best and the have started taking the faculty who have not even completed M Tech by tag trainer and they also take full theory class that leads to suffering of students ultimately.

Very good infrastructure, high end facilities, high salary package among the other colleges of this belt.

Dislikes

Very high pressure job ,no time for reasearch due to high frequency of classes and the job stability depnds on student feedback.

Institute is full of only buttering people No management Poor administration Blind chairman and they are deaf too. Horrible experience of my life. Disgusting.
