Good place to work not for salary, benefits, no career growth for physiotherapy, not worthy for experienced persons.

Low salary, no promotion, only medical family got all benefit not for physiotherapist, nurses, pharmacy.

Good work life balance...Job security once you become permanent employee can be expected.. Professional growth,incentives are very less...No annual increments... Management does n't consider your talent or hard working..They r concerned about how much profit as a employee U make and how close you r to management to earn promotion

No appraisal,increments....Salary structure needs to be updated.Poor pay....Pay should be given on par with other hospitals...No facilities benefits like concession treatment for employees..

Only thing is u can earn practical experiences.

.very low salary . Long over time(if ur shift ends at 7 ul leave about 8.50 or 9.30 .unprofessional behaviors . Will be treated like assistants and not as coworkers . 5 days off is considered as longest leave.

There is no adequate Salary, they won't follow duty shifting time ( ex. 1_8 duty is finished for 9pm r else so late) only hospital people r excepting punctuality to come duty but after duty over time there is no punctuality staff nurses also human being so they r healthy only to care with patient and giving good care to patient

No Job Security, A Single Person Supervisor Should do 3 Supervisors work, if any Supervisor is the Relations of H.R.DEPT Staff means those Persons only the Lucky Persons. Their work will be done by any others Supervisor..

Dislikes

...an tension and often those Persons will all need to attend an hariable Meeting.. The Salary is too low Compared to other Hospitals in Coimbatore.
