Only the office location is 1 good thing.

...question multiple times which made me really uncomfortable during the interview. Out of curiosity I asked few ex employees about the same and they told me that they don't pay during maternity and will also terminate you if you plan by chance. I am glad I chose not to join this pathetic place.

I wish i could rate them below 1 star. They are so worse, they use resources and throw and terminate them. They are not running company they are running family business(LALA dukaan) CFO is cheap small cashier of times of India, who don't respect female employees and very bad person. But since he is uncle of founder he is CFO. He keep asking female employees , if they are planning baby. Founder is also very selfish, he want everyone to leave if they doesn't please or beg the CFO. He comes on weekends for work and promises bonus and appraisal, but at time of that he fires and terminate employees. They don't want females of age of marriage or females who can be pregnant, if they learn about pregnancy they fire the employees. You have to prove yourself in 3 days otherwise termination. Very selfish unsafe place and people

Everything HR Head, she is so arrogant and disgusting individual , she don't know how to address people She is person with 0 skills and knowledge, she knows English only and she always runs after Director, CEO and CFO pleasing them She just know how to please management She is very insecure,shallow, arrogant and selfish lady Also CFO was small cashier in Times of India but he is CFO of company because he is uncle of director, he has no knowledge and skills and don't know how to talk, always insults people Very unsafe place for females They are money minded and uses people Lot of nepotism negativity insecurity and bad vibes in organisation They lies about headcount of there company in total there are only 50 people in this poor company.

Not sure how they are able to delete the actual negative reviews from other sites. Whosoever is reading this please connect with the ex employees of this company, they will give you a better idea on how they are operating. No ex employee will ever suggest you to join here. Bad management with poor skills. There is no job security and you will be terminated anytime. Think twice before joining.

Everything to dislike. Bad office space, no space to even breathe. Employees sit on each others head. Really poor management. They can fire anyone anytime without a reason. Once you join, you have to prove yourself within 2 days, else you'll be fired. No extra benefits provided. Employees don't even have space to eat lunch. Washrooms are very very bad. They don't care about employees hygiene. Don't have policies in place, decisions depends on the founder's mood.
