Factory culture is very good but Corporate culture is very polluted. Talent has no place in this organisation. Also bond of three years and your career is blocked for three years in this organisation.

Earlier company was good. But now days they are loosing their charm. Because of internal sisters fight company is facing losses. Lack of efficiency, lack of knowledge, lack of trust are main causes of company loosing.

Dislikes

Company is not paying gratuity to old employees. Those who are left, company is not paying them thier final settlements. Right now their is nothing to say anything good about company. If company's director don't pay attention for recovery of company then in coming future company might get close.

Bad management No annual increment Salary is not on time Management thinks employees are donkey here. They are their servants (using office boys for their personal work, for their house cleaning, as aaya for their children). Director Swati always says Maharashtrian peoples are foolish, useless. Never try to join this company and ask for your besties also don't try to come in this company

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Management is worst They thinks employees are there donkeys and personal servant Swati Mawandia is nonsense person from director team She has no knowledge how to run company and how to treat employees. She has got everything is from her father. But will destroy company because of her attitude. Never try to work with this company.
