PS weavers Pvt Ltd company me mai kaam kiya iss company ke HR, FM ke madhyam se ham weavers ko kafi pareshan kiya jata hai FM achhe se baat nhi krta hai attitude se baat krta hai or baar baar dhakke dekar company se nikalne ka or sallary nhi Dene ka baat krta hai jaisa ki mere sath huaa Maine apne shed mannager se chhutti k liye 10 din pahle baat Kiya tha or meri chhutti pass ho gyi thi or Maine chhutti ka form fill up Kiya or HR ko diya usne nhi liya or FM ko bol diya m kaam kr rha tha us shed me fm sir aaye or mujhe bahar bulakar dhakke dene lge or company se nikal diye or mere 10 duty k paise or pf ka approval nhi diya iss company me mere pahle bhi FM k dwara or weavers ko pareshan kiya gaya hai jaise me Brajesh giri, Rupesh giri,Rajkukamr or kuchh log hai or iss company me Sunday ko sabhi staff ka chhutti rahti hai sirf weavers work krte hai or Sunday ka paisa bhi extra nhi milta hai 8 hours ke duty bolkr 12 hours duty karwaya jata haipf or esi bhi katta hai pr ilaj ka paisa company nhi deti HR sir bolte hai ki tumhara tabiyat kharab hai tum khud ilaj karwao
