Nothing they just used you for own benifits.just sent you client side they earn 100 rupees from client and give u anna No appraisal No commitment If client not give work order they will not give u sallary Worst experience.

Not good for learner or experience. They will hire you and send to client side and will not paid fair.work life will not balance. Only 6 Holiday, one leave allows in a month but not carry forward to next month.

The Friendly enviroment of the company is a perk. The upper Management is really helpful. Sumeet Sir and Pradeep Sir keeps every employee as their own family member. I would rate it 5/5.

Dislikes

Since it follows a startup culture, so you might have to attend meetings in night with US clients. But again, it's a perk if you want to learn managing projects and clients directly.

I would say PS QuickIT is best place for freshers, I joined PSQuickIT on 1st of October 2019 and it's been one and half year of journey now. I'm still learning new things, you'll get enough time to work on yourself, on new technologies. I would like to rate 4.5 out of 5.

Teammates are good, if you are good they are not at all going to disturb you, so job security is high as they are going to pay less and want more work to be done. Slow career growth, politics is high not among employees but between company and clients. They hire fresh candidate and present in front of clients as 2-3 years of experience and they the candidate have to work extream to be on client's expectation. Innovative- noone even thought of. Tech. Lead of the company don't want humans but robots as stated by him.
