Incentive is not provided to domestic projects. They provide less increment to experienced persons. The coffee and tea contains more water.

Work culture in prumatech Is we have to learn ourselves. It is somewhat supportive for freshers and have very smooth work environment

Dislikes

Salary is very low. Sometimes work pressure is high that we don't have time to sleep. Continuous three swift we need to work. And sometimes they won't give money for the swifts saying project is going in loss. If they are sending you to site the allowance is very less that you need to spend money from your pocket. And appraisal is worst. Don't think about it.

Learning platform is good and they ll maintain standard in their output always and client based, that too client across global. Employee rehire is also there. They ll care about health of employees too

Dislikes

Manager won't value every individual's strengths and give support, partiality ll b there on gender base. Appraisals ll not be good most times
