What I like is there is good freedom for employees, salary raises are good but there are many impediments to career

Pathetic organisation in terms of career and growth prospect Work is very disproportionately allocated Appraisal process is completely non- transparent

Work life balance, interaction with UK based stakeholders was very enriching, good increments/appraisals, getting to travel to the UK

Dislikes

Working hours would sometimes stretch beyond 10pm (following UK shift)

Zero work life balance. Managerial staff focussed only on meeting the targets rather than giving any space for personal growth of employees or providing them balance in between the work and the life.

Dislikes

Dissatisfied with the work culture. Hardly any space for vertical growth. You would be focussed only as long as any dependency on you. Once dependency is over you are hardly giving any focus to.

Likes

They are an employee centric organization. Provide best care to the employees. In the difficult times like covid, they made sure of the employees' comfort by providing IT related devices like monitor, head sets, etc and furniture kit like office chair, office desk, etc. Also reimburse the wifi bills. Apart from this there are other perks like awards for good work and generous annual bonuses. Also give gifts on diwali. Employees have flexibility of work hours. Overall it's one of the best places to work.
