It's new company and nothing has organized which would impact any employee.

Dislikes

No proper JD for any role. Top management sits at USA and try to rule by listening to Indian team, this method looks a big a double edged sword. No employee benifit scheme, not even a insurance from organization. There was no inbuilt training programs to enhance ur skills and all they do is to extract ur skill to their benifit. They make people work day and night without any job security.
