Leaders at location are not good leaders but a good politician. No proper HR setup or forum to address employee grievances. Many are being emotionally harassed.

No culture. No standards. Management deliberately torture the employees if they are leaving the company. Company keeps obligation to other channel partners like Insurance companies that they should not hire the prudent employees. Therefore one will end up of not getting job in insurance industry once they quit Prudent.
