Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Office staff is very helpful .Over all experience is very good.

Dislikes

No compensation, no growth in company . The work pressure is very high.office staff new employee in harassment. manager do not value an individual's it's you all time feel gulti.but experience good.

They are the biggest fraudsters, devesh the owner and his fraud friend binder , two old men hire you and don't even provide offer letters, also the salary is given in hand like labours, to reduce taxation ,they do hundred of frauds, no growth no learning no work balance , zamindar and his labours with a big fraudster vineet, please don't waste your single day here .
