...onal life, you have to slog out minimum 12 hours everyday with 06 days working Thirdly, there is no leave you get even till one year of joining, if you take your salary stand deducted as leave without pay Fourthly, management take rash decisions even in business and there is no future of organisation, monetary its not growing and employees appraisals are peanuts.

they not fuscous on talent DGM don't have Ops knowledge company hire 11 lpa picker packer in DGM designation, HR not even bother what happened in ground, no work life balance 16hr duty daily and without OT, DGM and HOD provoke to send wrong dispatch, Maximum SLA breach due to unproper un skill team,

Truely in two and half in our career i not found any satisfaction in any field.

Many reasons like company culture,job safety, satisfaction and one main thing management staff working culture is very bad .

Salary offered for the work demanded can't be justified and growth prospects are not that great if you are looking to learn analytics but for shipping and warehousing industry roles it is good fit.
