Salary on time, they will take care of expenses while calling in office for project meetings, like travel, accomodation

Dislikes

Very poor management. Not proper onboarding process, lack of communication channel between internal teams. No formal training or anything, but they will expect you to work like a pro! You might will be asked to work on different tech stack which you are even not familiar with, wothout any training or learning. Lot of internal politics!
