Few key factors to work with Proxima include 1) Pay is always up-market 2) Each appraisal and the process was standard and meticulously planned and set / executed 3) Both personal and professional growth will be ensured 4) I personally in-fact was provided with spiritual and mental mentorship which helps me greatly till date 5) Taking good care of Family and spending time there is considered precious and was always practiced throughout 6) Bonding with colleagues and Management being such friendly and well knit 7) Clear space and value for new thoughts and tasks (from even a fresher) without any hesitation 8) Rewards and Recognition comes way without any set schedule once the job is done passionately 9) Wide-spread opportunities that were laid out for anyone to pick and grow 10) Survival of the fittest was always taught practically, so the targets, even though are high, as a team we have achieved consistently 11) Empathy, Helping Others to achieve, Culture, Respect, Strength and Strategy was clearly taught at each step and ensured that is displayed (specially during appraisals apart from performance) 12) We in-fact practiced and made success out of flexi-work culture way too ahead of COVID hitting us and pushing for such culture

I do not have any dislikes at Proxima since I am where I am today because of the base being strong!

There is absolutely nothing to be liked about in the organization. It is the worst company i ever worked with. the guy who runs it is crazy

Everything about this work place is bizzare. The salary structure, the lies, the arrogance, the anger. With 16 years of running this company they hardly have 4-5 employees who work in fear.

1. Salary on time, even during the pandemic period, no deductions, no delay. 2. Growth as promised. Both in my personal terms and professionally. 3. Increments, incentives and promotions as promised. 4. Mentoring. 5. Skill development.
