I like the nature of work and learning is good.

Dislikes

...s the worst firm to work. The work load is very huge plus work culture is worst. They will not leave a single chance to cut the salary. Further, when you leave the company they will not give you experience letter plus they will not give salary of 2 months on notice. They didn’t give notice period salary to any ex employee. Overall the worst firm i have even seen or worked. I recommend don’t work here even if this is your last option.

Overall, its a good place for exposure. Seniors are also understanding. You get learning and responsibility. However Saturdays are also working (half day) and less leaves are there. However if you are from other city depending on your urgency you may get work from home.

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
