Dislikes

Just like any other company, Prowess also has some room for improvement. To make its growth even more organic and sustainable, these points should be considered: 1. More transparency between the management and employees regarding the company's plans and future growth would be great. 2. Feeback/appraisal should happen on time without the need to follow up multiple times.

1. Office has a beautiful and peaceful environment 2. Managers understand the reasons you are unable to perform and consider your situation if you can explain the roadblocks 3. As I was a fresher I got ample opportunities to learn , I mostly learnt to be self reliant

The best part about working in Prowess is that the management believes in the concept of "Working with the company" and not "Working for the company". Everyone is very supportive and helpful. The best part is you have a complete work life balance.

They're running English language teaching as a side gig to their visa business. There is no direction for the English language team. The CELTA trainers have zero knowledge of English language teaching and try to undermine those with higher qualifications and experience. It really shows that they bought their one month CELTA course without appearing for pre-interviews or proficiency exams. The managers are terrible at English and have bookish ideas about how language teaching works. They even defend their fossilized errors on Indian English and MTI. I could go on and on about teaching malpractices and wrongly applied theories. They should stick to their core business of visa services.
