The sales department Vp is a good human being. Most of the management heads are good to work with.

Everything regarding provident is good except for a person named Shridhar Anand P. He is with the organisation for more than 10 years and making provident his own company. I feel the heads support him as he shows off and does nothing for his team. He keeps grudges on people and destroy their name and reputation in purpose. He is a negative manager who will favors people and breed politics inside the teams. He shows in front of the VP that he does Everything and takes the inputs from the team and show off infront of management. Not sure the management are filled with so incapable people that they don't understand or they Ignore to understand. A small advise to new joiner please don't join as this guy has made the organisation negative. To win you have to agree to all his stupidity

Better not to join this organisation... No work life balance... Lot of employees from design team are quitting because of cheap politics from design head to senior manager... Advice don't join this company... About design head.... Seems headless person who's heading design and mep team... Too rude , cheap talks, no work culture..she behaves like a slum lady

Lack of professionalism. Very late incentives. No trips from company. They need only sales apart from that No activities are conducted. No employee engagement activities. Just need to work endlessly on weekends On few sites, they don't respect female employees. Few managers act like they are doing you some favour. While leaving the organization they will make sure they will show you the hell and leave you or make you cry.

Team work & dedication in doing the projects as per schedule & complete the same. Decision free to take if any project issues related to design aspects.

Dislikes

Miscommunication, employees value & ethics. Keep on changes in top management hence project team is very tough to coordinate with corporate peoples. Compensation & promotion who are sincerely eligible, top management not identify those employees that is main draw back of the company.
