...make sure people who fall into the stories will great promotions and not others. Caregivers were mentally harassed and made to quit instead of stating it as a cost cutting. Managers find it very okay to make comments on people's dating and social life. Again all of this is based on my personal experience. I am not stating all managers are bad. There are really good managers as well. But there are also cases like this

...ive more preference to junior and collage highers rather the experience people . (Both in respect and compensation) They will higher you for one technology and will give some other work .

Some of the leaders are very uptight and arrogant. If you are not a senior employee, they won’t even want to see you in their meetings or keep you informed of the decisions being taken even if you are the one working solely on the projects. HR is doomed, they are not able to handle their own team, handling people company wide cannot be expected from them. Culture is a bit toxic. If you are joining this company for knowledge gain then this might not be the right choice since scope of work is limited and mostly coordination or backend related. So learning opportunities are low.

Lots of technical learning in my team as compared to the other teams.

Focus on multiple programs at one time. No specific focus on one program. Focus is more on quantity of work and not quality. Team members are moved from one team to another without their consent no importance is given to the individuals core competency.

Policies, Benefits & Culture. In the name of free meal program, they impose huge amount on the employees as income taxes even though an employee might not have availed it !! And this is being done without the information/consent of the employee.
