Management is poor. If you have any problem with the manager then no one will listen to you. Any suggestions/complaint to HR will Never be anonymous. It's totally bhaichara walo company if you are having good relation with your manager then you should fo anything, having all type of benefits. Also, there is high level of micromanage ment even you have experience of more then 5 years.

...e few things that I liked working at Provana: 1) Fun activities every Thursday 2) Salary on time 3) You will get a good hike if you have good relations with the Manager 4) Since I am a Business analyst and have to interact with various teams. So, I would say all teams are very supportive. 5) Travel opportunities if you are hired as Business Analyst or Consultant role. 6) Free transport facility if you are working night shifts or leaving after 8:30 from the office. 7) Free food for people working night shifts.

Dislikes

Few things that I dislike about Provana: 1) No extra perks for Business Analyst. If you are hired as a Process Analyst then you will get some perks for overtime, weekends, etc. 2) No fixed working hours for BA profile but usually they take 9.5 hours from Process Analysts.

The only thing I must say which was good in Provana was they had paid their employee salary on time. Rest everything was not good as compared to it has to be.

The work life balance, work culture, compensation, Learning and development everything was not as a company should provide to their employees.

Work load is less and they dont pressurise you much regularly. No issues related to any type of leaves Salary always on time (Best Part)

Dislikes

1. The appraisals,increments,incentives,bonus: Nothing is here 2.The salary is less for an employee who is working at night 3. Cab facility is poor. 4. HR faculty is also an average,not that good,not that poor. 5. They can't let you work at one place . They will continuously keep on changing buildings in every 4 months. 6. Poor festivals celebration 7. Food is terrible. Even stray dogs will avoid it. 8. No gifts and bonus on Diwali. 9. No professionalism, only few people are professional. Overall, its not a "very" good company to work with. It's ok to work here but don't expect any good thing here.

There shift timing is good. Cab facility, medical facility is quite good and salary on time credited is also good.

Dislikes

Every team have their own timing. Sometime manager ,team leader will tell you that come on time else they will issue warning letter but another team is free to come at any time. There is opex team who always try to find a chance to kick out you with non sense things. U cannot take break more than 1 hour in a shift. If you work for extra hours. Opex team will deduct your ot. No value of old employee who works there 5 or 10 years. Even their experience won't work anywhere.
