There shift timing is good. Cab facility, medical facility is quite good and salary on time credited is also good.

Dislikes

Every team have their own timing. Sometime manager ,team leader will tell you that come on time else they will issue warning letter but another team is free to come at any time. There is opex team who always try to find a chance to kick out you with non sense things. U cannot take break more than 1 hour in a shift. If you work for extra hours. Opex team will deduct your ot. No value of old employee who works there 5 or 10 years. Even their experience won't work anywhere.

Learning is best and office leader is very supportive at any level.

Provana does not care of associate level employee. Provana start caring from TL level even provana is not good for senior associate as salary level.

Overall it's a good company compared to others as it gives better package, security, better option for Women. They provide cab and shuttle facility. Also have good work environment and can find friendly colleagues. Can get shift allowance and other good benefits like benefits you . Have good hikes compared to other MNC's. And promotions depends on the performance of an individual. HR Pratibha mam is also very helpfull and polite

2 fixed weekly offs and good salary package. If they remove you, they will also give salary of your notice period without serving it. Good training system, trainer named Akhil is excellent. Assessment is average unlike FIS. You can leave office exactly at shift end, however you need to achieve target before that, but not mandatory. Hardly anyone stays after shift ends. Appraisals are average. You can sit with anyone and learn any process, no official permissions required. There shift timing may be comfortable for those who live far fro

No cab and meal facility in day shift. TL named Rahul Sinha is worst. After opening of lockdown, they always put you in clicker process in which you need to keep pressing enter key 62,000 times which is quite boring. There shift timing may be unsuitable to those, who live far from office. In summers 8 to 5:30 and in winters 9 to 6:30. Shift is of 9.5 hrs with 1 hr break.
