Compensation: Offers a nice and decent pay. Colleagues: Friendly and helpful colleagues, always ready to assist even during odd hours if something is urgent. Inclusivity: Respect for every religion, providing necessary time off for important festivals. HR Policies: Flexible and understanding HR Department, accommodating leaves request Work-From-Home during emergencies. Management: Polite & open to listening to suggestions.
