I like company environment is helpful and respecting all to each other.

Dislikes

I don't like the work culture.Because of there is so toxic people which create bad vibes. Also there is no credit to your work ,If you make some a mistake, you will get instant credit for it. If you ever ask for a salary increment, you will be told by the management that your performance has not increased, the rest you can do as much as you want. If you ever make a mistake you will not count how many times you have made it right.

It was my first company and had an overall great experience. My colleagues are good and helpful. Great work culture, all are supportive. Do good work and you will also get great opportunities to expand your knowledge and increase your skills.

Dislikes

Not many cons. It depends upon everyone's choices.
