It has a great work culture. Company is so transparent and it is easier to approach anyone for any concerns. Design thinking, value add and creativity is so much appreciate. Work like balance is up to the mark.

Dislikes

The culture is great and there's nothing much to dislike upon. Just a tip, if you want a 9-5 job with good pay scale, you should join Protiviti. Though the work you do will be very basic specially in PKIC. It is more of support role, but one will enjoy.

Nothing. Higher management is to mu arrogant. They haired bulk people for a project but now they terminate so many people without any proper reason. There are so many partiality and favouritism. Nothing to learn in any project. Unnessecery work pressure given.

Protiviti is a Very Good Organisation for freshers and learner's. As a fresher you can earn the kind of knowledge that will helps to you for your Corporate work life and to improve your skills.

Dislikes

Very less career growth and salary. We have to work here as a contractuals not as a full time. Protiviti don't provide any payslips and we don't have any EPF and ESI dedications.

... saying they won't listen, no matter how much of good efforts you are putting. They doesn't not even give you leave on festivals in case you take leave they will deduct the salary of the day you were present.
