...g environment is not suitable for person's growth. HR policy are very weak. E.g.: Giving only half monthly salary during notice period is not something employees look for. Appraisals are below average than other management consulting firms (Big4) HR's usually don't reply to the mails, calls. Some managers definitely need managerial trainings or Protiviti can have MDP (Managers development programs) as managers here are skilled way below than other companies in terms of team handling, team growth, learning, project execution.

While sustainability team's environment is politically charged, the colleagues from other teams were a huge support, they helped me navigate through the tough times in the firm. They issued the payments timely.

...ore there is no governance or control over their ill-treatment and exploitation. Salary is much lower than market standards. Company provides no training and the one's you fund yourself are also not going to give you any recognition because managers believe in deploying shadows there. While the knowledgeable works on the report in the background, only the manager favoured employee gets the opportunity to rise and shine. P.S. - It is a great place for less experienced people who are still in their learning phase, not apt for seasoned or tenured employees. Director is terrible at people management and practices silent treatment and ghosting to make you quit the company.

I'm working more than 10 hours, extremely underpaid. Project managers have no good behaviour, they treat you like they own you, they will threat you about Salary if you don't work as per expectations to them and they won't expect any mistake from you as a human. If any mistake dine they'll threat you. When you need emergency leave for you and and your family, project managers think that's not important, only project and client is important. Forces you to make the conversation with seniors when you need help and almost everytime you can't reach them because they're occupied, no training, nothing, but they expect full fledged cutting edge expertise from you, I'm just a fresher and for starting this firm is horribly bad. Yes some good peoples are there too but the worst ones are so bad that they don't care about anything. They'll pressurise you to work on weekends. As a fresher you'll take much time to finish a new task because you've to learn while doing your job, you've to read, search, but project manager thinks I'm just sitting around. At the end you'll be occupied with boring and typical non productive works irrelevant to your work expectations.

HR payroll is third party never attends the issues promptly. Salary negotiations are worst. Hidden deductions and not clearly mentioned in payslips. Managers only concentrate on cost cutting. No proper guidance or pathways only interested in self motivated people.

No compassion and only business minded. Will treat you like dirt. 4.Post resignation harrassment is prevalant. Without FnF and experience letter for 60days 5. Lack of skilled resources with mostly college freshers on minimum wage and without any industry skill 6. No growth will retain u in one domain without certifications. 7. Strict working conditions . No wfh and useless HR with no support
