GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

I needed a remote job and I got it from Protingent. The placement commissions are better than other US Staffing firms. At the time of joining they make you visualize your growth along with them but eventually you understand that its not the case. Initially, you are valued and then deliberately thrown in a team which is not performing or the clients are not active. Since they don't have any Performance Management Policy, your performance is judged on the basis of your placements only and if you haven't done 1 placement in a month then you are thrown in the red zone and then without informing you, your credentials will be blocked and you will be out without any notice.

Dislikes

A long list follows but can't cover everything here so summarized it - The entire management, be it the one in USA or the one in India is in utter chaos but that's not the problem. The problem is that the top management knows about it since 20 years and they take no initiatives to come out of it. In fact they want Protingent to be chaotic for some malicious reasons. If you are one of those you prefers to ki$$ their a$$ and be loyal to these narcists then you will get everything you desire. Also, the Director of the India Team - Harry (Harshit) Saxena neither has any background in Recruitments nor in running a Staffing Business. I had approached the higher management in the USA for employee grievance matters but forget about taking any action, they don't even care to listen to you. The Director in the USA - Tim Bruce is only bothered about the Sales of the Business rather than its employees. He is nowhere concerned about Employee Grievance or Quality Management or Process Upgradation as long as he sees money flowing in the business.
