... demos to new clients. This leads us to work till night for 12-16 hours. ( - ) Compensation is just ok. ( - ) Client appreciation emails mostly go unnoticed during appraisals. ( - ) Feedback Policy ( - )

No appreciation from managers, low salary, things getting shutdown which the people uses most commonly. HRs are no good at all, not even in looks nor have any personality (marks would be 0/10)

Good for Fresher's at least 2 year. Best thing is you will have to do everything. You will learn basics of programming in depth. It will benefits you after you join other company. Good framework to work.

Office politics,gulzar ahmad was the person who can make you sick by giving wrong input & expect to get proper output Priti shah is another barrier to anyone's peace of mind doesn't have manners at all how to talk what to say .

Salary negotiations is very bad, they will take advantage of yours problem when you don't have a job and you'll settle in less salary
