No job security in this company. Management anytime fired employees

Management harrase employees. Salary hike is very low. Unnecessary Management harrase employees. If u rase voice against Management. Management either fired u or target u and give somuch unnessary workload .

Nothing to like about company. Company's employees at head office in Germany are good and supportive.

Dislikes

Management is worse. Especially HR and admin department are not helpful they doesn't help you at all. HR and admin don't work at all for what they have assigned. Abusive language used to employees many times. Management doesn't care of employees at all they fires employees even if they are working for long time for the company. Harrasment and work pressure. A lot of politics happens inside the company. Due to unfavorable management highly skilled employees leaves the company.

Protego has niche product range and has good support from German HQ.

Biased treatment for function to function. No effective HR policies exists and not willing to do, since HR is more focused to mislead higher up by feeding nuisance information collected selectively and secure own position in the organization. This leads the toxic work environment & resulted very high ATTRITION RATE. Can join only if don't have alternate and have short term objective.
