If you perform average also the job security is to high. There is always support from your arm senior management. If you perform well the growth is also good.

Compensation is very late every month. Sometimes there is no on-job training for the freshers, hence senior folks like me have to give them step by step, which is a pain sometimes. But you'll always get support from your respective hierarchy. No health insurance provided, so much necessary for a company which asks the team to travel for outstation.

It is very hard to identify any advantages here in this organization.

The company is behind current trends by 10 years, they treat employees as salves, forget about good work environment & culture, they don't know what work culture is. the leaders & management have no idea how the work environment should be. there is no work-life balance, They hire freshers and make them work like donkeys. This is the worst company I have ever seen.

In Pro Team Pro team i have learned lot of thing, in accounting, handling direct businesses clients, proteam has given me opportunity to work with big Industries like SANDVIK ASIA, WALTER TOOLS, CIRCORE TECH, VIDEOJET.. 3M India. All people are too good.

Company CEO is excellent and very good talent and great human being apart from that company have so called bucket king managers like Mr J****I s****ve. Because of this kind of managers company and team members doesn't have a feature here
