It is most convinient to get a job near home which saves lots of energy and time of putting up and down. Eventually this company is located at Green Park which is less than an hour away via bus, or metro for me. Moreover the timing is also really convinient which is 8 then only 8. I was reaching to their work expectation on my average pace of working ability. Hence, I was never forced or pressurized to meet any deadline or work extra hours during my eight months of working experience in this company.
