...rom the company, the respective employee will become an enemy to the manager, The manager is US Return (NRI), but he never behaves ethically towards employees, he will not pay salaries on time, and he will hold the notice period salary for 90 days, here the 90 days refers to the days after completion of notice period, and even after the 90 days there is no guarantee that he will pay the salaries to ex employees, he will not Respond to employees properly, if we ask for salaries through mails he will threat the employees through whatsapp messages, He will use unparliamentary language towards the employees, and he will not provide proper facilities to work, and he requires 100% productivity from employees, They will change the rules and regulations as per their requirement and they will not inform about such changes to the employees. Finally I can, Say unemployment is better than this kind of employment.. Dont ever join these kind of startups.

I would like to appreciate the way how effectively they do sugar-coating words, fake promises, cheating, and fraud with the jobseekers.

Dislikes

...ract you with sweet promises but once you join the reality is starkly different. I had the unfortunate experience of joining them in 2023 March they refused to provide a salary while working from home. moreover, they have a habit of terminating employees without any prior notice.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
