There are lots of things which I don't like First of all HR will give you half information while interview and joining, and will show you some different dreams about growth and salary insentives... If your targets are not complete and you're on zero from last 1,2 months They will hold your salary, if your quterly target is not completed that time also your salary will be on hold.. and sometimes they even fired the employee and your salary will be on hold, or else you will not receive your salary, reason they give for not giving salary is you were on zero from last 2,3 months so we cannot release your salary company is on loss because if you.... And they will never entertain you after you leave the company... Travelling expenses of 3k they provide every month as HR told me while joining but if you're last month target is not completed you will not get travelling expenses next month... Not even carry forward, you will never get that expenses.. directly 3k next month of basis on your performance.... They only work on PPC leads and leads quality is very very poor... in 1 month you will receive 20 leads and in that 20 leads 15 will be not interested or wrong numbers lead... and then they ask why your targets are not completed... they don't take any efforts to work on lead qualities.... if you're 2 or 3 year old employee then also they will fired you if you're not performing well this 2,3 months....they don't value the employees and there situation.....I'm going to continue in this company for 8 months not more than that because if i l leave the company now my CV will effect. Literally regretting to join this company...
