There will be no growth for sure if anyone joins this company. They don't give respect for the employees no ethics no work culture. Ceo just need money. He is fraud when we join they give lots of promises u wil get appraisal so and so and won't give respect the women specialy abuses. If any one joins here kind of mental torture ... Jyoti is the manager of that company she not even works at all but she is trying to rule everyone . Abusive and tells everyone call me as mam she says I'm next to Raja so give respect to my role. Raja is such a fraud don't give employees bonus nothing. Everything he takes his home. Cunning he uses abusive language to the employees. Worst company ever. That Founder have fired almost 42 people in 24 months for silly reasons like washroom breaks, Having lunch late, asking doubts. Process is not planned properly. And many more reasons.....

those people who have good relation with director got good postion and hike. and then these people dont work at all, they just show fake work reporst. worst work environment. no job security. cheap level politics.
