Since the company is only 10 years old. And in Chennai only 2 years old . It has a startup culture with no vision whatsoever,long term and short. People are mostly untrained and politics is all that happens here. It's sad.

Nothing good about this company . They even don't pay you good salary

Worst company being a girl you have to go to site to deal with customers and show them properties and it all take beyond your working hours . If you didn't meet targets you will work till 8-8:30 or 9 pm too . Would recommend girls not to join

The quality of leads is very bad. I joined Property Pistol after seeing many dreams and thought I will earn incentive but I started getting leads after 2 months of joining.And now I have also received a PIP from the company
