1. No Appraisals to be expected within organization, even you are here for 2/3years even and after of giving lakhs of ruppes business. 2. Commitment are not meant to be stand on. 3. Management felt so dicy. 4. Can't felt a self growth. 5. Full of politics. Much to Say......

I am working in Mandate Vertical, The company has very good tech which enables every employee to see his attendance, his incentive dashboard and reimubursments...
