It was a good experience with property conekt.com,learnt many skills to handle the customers developed intrapersonal skills organisational culture with good appraisal system it is quarterly based.Company always used to encourage the employees motivate them by giving non monetary benefits and also compensate them accordingly if they achieve the target along with good incentives.
