... will have fear of firing as they have very less and not getting new projects. No appreciation and work not match the given pay. Also i hear from juniors that if an Intern wants to leave in between internship they are asking 2L else they will sent legal notice to intern students.

1. Horrible to work and huge work pressure and there is no any kind of support from teammates even if joined newly won't supposed to provide any KT sessions. 2. Huge hectic environment and according to the company of there is no any projects immediately start amd keep the employees in pip and will do termination immediately without giving any proper explanation.

Working at this company has been an exceptional experience. The learning opportunities are excellent, and the support from both collogues and manager is truly commendable. It's a friendly and collaborative work environment that allows you to fast track your career. Even though the company provides a space for learning, the culture is worst.

Dislikes

No job security at all, lays off employees without employees without any prior notice, even when you were signed in for a bond of 2 years. Worst place to get placed in. Freshers should not choose Propel.
