I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

After change of management, it was very hard for me to continue there. Previous management was too good. I worked for them for 15 long years. They don't take our personal time. That's the greatest thing about this company.

I have lost my job because of downsizing. They didn't give me any notice and suddenly changed my login details and management never responded back to me. Some benefits (amount) is still pending from their end and I don't think they will ever return. And I have lost my personal data. Even after working for 17 years with this company my exit was pathetic. I was not able to reach the owner of this company after my termination. All my positive feedback is just because of previous management. I have worked with them for 15 years.
