1. Initial business case on projects not studied properly and lot of mid mgmt employees interventions in Product developments for credability sake. 2. Employees reputations spoiled with unnecessary politics which loses ur motivation 3. No systematic approach as proper systems are considered as an inderance to projects success(For fast gorwing companies like Propel it is a must which needs to be realised) 4. Too much of traveling for attending sites. Min 18-19 days of travel every month. Working hours doesn't have any limit. Work life balance is poor
