1. Initial business case on projects not studied properly and lot of mid mgmt employees interventions in Product developments for credability sake. 2. Employees reputations spoiled with unnecessary politics which loses ur motivation 3. On time salary.Timely bill gets cleared from accounts department. On salary deduction while on leave.

Too much of traveling for attending sites. Min 18-19 days of travel every month. Working hours doesn't have any limit. Work life balance is poor
