Employees reputations spoiled with unnecessary politics which loses ur motivation 3. No systematic approach as proper systems are considered as an inderance to projects success(For fast gorwing companies like Propel it is a must which needs to be realised) 4. On time salary.Timely bill gets cleared from accounts department. On salary deduction while on leave.

Too much of traveling for attending sites. Min 18-19 days of travel every month. Working hours doesn't have any limit. Work life balance is poor

They don't treat workers well, wouldn't pay if resigned and doing your notice period. Will be threatened by HR people. Overload work like month end Billing which starts from 9am to 6am next day

Freshers can increase their industrial knowledge and skill. More suitable for mechanical engineering students..

Job security is less due to no identify cards and salary slips for training persons. Also the work pressure is high for example of 9 hours of shift time we are working in minimum 12 to 18 hours. Then also the extra timings are not considerable. HR department persons are only considering the in time and shift end time.
