Excellent teammates who are always motivated towards work in Production and Project Dept. Lot of stuff to learn for freshers. If you're working as a service engineer you get to visit sites both domestic and international where you explore and learn about machine installation, commissioning and validation process. Company does not provide a single penny for those working in factory, inshort no traveling allowances. Pressure vessels fabrication to Control panels are being done inhouse .

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Job security is one of a matter which you won't tolerate unless you're not serious in your field . Appraisals are given only after 1 year from date of joining (Financial Year) Factory is far from Vasai station. Minor politics is always felt here.
