Main thinks I don't like about this company is the senior sitting in HQ . They don't want to understand your issues and work life balance is so good just forget your family. Talking about increments it's so minimal u won't even see that it ever happened. Toxic environment, Micro management list goes on and on

Giving responsibility and few perks which will help individual in some or the other way. Working environment is still Ok.

There is lack of respect and appreciation. Only set of people. In the name of sales there is always a challenge of taking leaves which was given to the employee by Management.

It's a good company to help you build your dreams in the real estate sector. Even their incentives and their commitments are on or before time .

There is nothing that i can mention in this box...because I rejoin the company after 4 months,,,,, so i never found anything wrong going here.

I have worked in many companies in my Career, i have never seen a company which focuses on the Positive culture and the Mental peace of their employees. one of the very less real estate distribution companies who considers their employees as Assets and not Liabilities.
