People working in this company has no values, professionalism or respect for any employees. HR Sushil Rajput is one best example of an illiterate dump person who tries to play politics and tries to make new rules of his own without knowledge. Only donkeys can work here.

Dislikes

There is a pretty rigid company culture, and it's more or less a one man show. Things are still pretty unorganized and incentives also take a while to process. However, when they do come into place, then its all good. Work pressure for Sales executives is high, thus one needs to get the grasp of the job as soon as one enters the organization.
