People working in this company has no values, professionalism or respect for any employees. HR Sushil Rajput is one best example of an illiterate dump person who tries to play politics and tries to make new rules of his own without knowledge. Only donkeys can work here.

Same as above no good points.. Bot organised.. No job security.. No growth no reason to stick to the company

There are ample money making opportunities at Prop Inn and if someone is looking to utilize one's personality and can 'sell' real estate, then the company is a perfect match for them.

Dislikes

There is a pretty rigid company culture, and it's more or less a one man show. Things are still pretty unorganized and incentives also take a while to process. However, when they do come into place, then its all good. Work pressure for Sales executives is high, thus one needs to get the grasp of the job as soon as one enters the organization.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
