This company not for long career and salary you get cash in hand. Their policy not good as you think, because you will not get timely incentives and you have to fight for that. In simple terms I can say about this company, they have big dreams and look for hardworking people with low salary expectations and reputation also not good with 75% of clients as 25% are regular customer's.

Don't like their work culture and policies. And whatever they may promise to you they definitely not fulfill 100% sure.

Join this company do nothing for 3 months get out of the company with 30k salary per month ... This is the only positive in this company other than this NO PF ESI INSURANCE TRAVEL EXPENSE ect ... Even you never net any loans with this company even company bcz this company is not there in bank listing ....

Even you dislike yourself if u continue to work in thz company... Fun factors : this company have registered 10 company names bcz the banner has only that much space if not they can even extend upto 50

No job security there any time they can relieve you, no correct salary culture, manager as manager executive as executive no growth for next stage, in fact I didn't receive salary from that company, worst company
